I remember in 7th grade I didn't really have a lot of "cool" friends. 

Meg was in my choir class at the beginning of the year. 

I don't remember ever having another class together but somehow we started talking towards the end of 7th grade. 

She invited me to her pool party. 

I was scared to go because I didn't hang out with anyone Meg did but, I went and had fun. 

Ever since then Meg and I have been friends. 

We have done some crazy things together. 

Because of her willingness to reach out to me I made many new friends and made one new best friend.

what a party.

So lately I've been hanging out with Kaitlynn Acton...a lot. She is one crazy girl. This is what she likes to do in her free time.

No she cannot play the guitar. She likes to just make up songs and strum loudly on the strings. If you look closely at the picture you can see there is a string missing. Yes, she plays so loud she breaks the strings...just kidding. I broke that one. But still. This girl is soo crazy and I love her. That's all.

so right now i am sitting next to this lovely girl and i just have a few things to say about her.

she is crazy and sooo funny. she just cracks me up with her little "facebook chats" and her "text". i love how she plays songs over and over again because she loves them so much. kina and i just make each other laugh all of the time even if we aren't doing anything fun at all...like right now and earlier today when we walked with the girls to the gas station. yeah it's just too funny and kina. i just love you sooo much! i'm so excited to go to orem high with you for the next three years! we are going to have soo much fun at the new school. oh kina. you're the best! :)

i wanted to take a minute to talk about a girl i've known for years. her name is

melissa kay porter.

but most call her mimi.

she is one crazy girl who knows how to pArTy! i met her at the young age of 3 in mrs. hooles' preschool class. mimi lived right behind mrs. hooles' house. we were cute little pre school buddies and we always played together.

i remember on the first day of summer of second grade we were walking home because we were going to go swimming at heather's house. i don't remember swimming at all but i remember the walk home. we were talking about how we both were going to be in the same third grade class. mrs. roma was going to be our teacher. we were also talking about how this was only going to happen if she didn't move to who knows where when her mom got married for the 3rd time to a french man. sadly the move ended up happening. she moved to a city called elmaghna. for most 2nd graders if a friend moved away that far you would never talk to them again. but OH NO, mimi and i were (are) best friends and we never let our friendship fade. after many moves, a divorce, another marriage, another divorce and more moves she lives really close by. about 20 minutes away!

now it has been 12 years and we are still best friends. WOW!

mimi i love you soo much! you are a truly amazing best friend and i love you with all my heart! i cannot believe we have been friends for so long. we need to hang out WAY more. k!? wow.

school is ending.

it's crazy to think that in just one week and one a day i'll be out of lakeridge jr high and a sophmore at moutain view high school.

first off let me just say i'm super excited to be at a new school. i get to meet new people, go do fun things, be a part of the orchesis dance team & so much more.

second, i'm also a little bit, okay i'm really really sad. it's hard to see my friends that's i've had for 3 years just leave and go to different schools. one person i'll miss the most...
